Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Me the Tech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the methe.tech website and all associated services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Me the Tech. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the <a href="/privacy-policy">Privacy Policy</a>, and the <a href="/cookie-policy">Cookie Policy</a>. If you disagree with any part of the terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the Service.
User Accounts
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. Here's what you need to know.
You may create an account using an email address and password, or by authenticating through Google OAuth.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
You must immediately notify me of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Services & Consultations
I offer AI consulting, software development, and technology services. Here are the terms governing these offerings.
Service descriptions on the website are provided for informational purposes. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are subject to individual project agreements.
Consultations are booked through the platform and conducted via Google Meet. By booking, you agree to the scheduled time and to be available for the meeting.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations with reasonable notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any work product, code, designs, or deliverables created as part of a paid engagement remain subject to the specific terms of that engagement's contract.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Me the Tech.
All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software on this Service are the property of Me the Tech or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.
The Me the Tech name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Me the Tech. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material without express written consent.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Me the Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
You may not use any automated system, including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, or offline readers, to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
You may not introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.
You may not impersonate or attempt to impersonate Me the Tech, a Me the Tech team member, another user, or any other person or entity.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Payments & Billing
For paid services and products, the following terms apply.
All prices are listed in the currency specified on the product or service page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed securely through the payment infrastructure. I do not store your full credit card details on the servers.
For subscription or recurring services, you will be billed at the agreed-upon intervals until you cancel.
Refund policies vary by service type and are specified at the point of purchase or in individual service agreements.
I reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing agreements will be honored at their original terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Me the Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
I do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
I do not warrant that any errors or defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall the total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
I may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting me or through your profile settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
I will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before account termination, except in cases of Terms violations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
